RDS wire bar coating machine application areas : Oil Paint, printing ink, packaging, paint, water-based paint, UV paint, water-based paint, coil coating...
Objectives: use wire bar coating machine to fabricate certain wet film thickness .
RDS Coating Bar Operations:
1. The first step is to prepare substrate of proper size for proofing.
2. Fix proofing substrate.
3. Choose the right type of wire bar coating machine, put in the proofing substrate side edge.
4. The painting or light oil used for proofing are put about 1cm below the wire ba.
( the amount due to you)
5. Use both bands to hold the both sides of the wire bar coating machine,use a constant speed and pressure to pull the wire bar towards the operator's own direction, please note that don't turn the wire bar in the process of operation.
6. After proofing, put the wire bar coating machine in a suitable solvent inside to clean, wipe dry with a cloth. Please note that should make bars often keep in a dry state.
