150 micron,200 micron coating Industrial Double Side Wet Flim Applicator
For Conducting a credible and accurate determination for paint and coating,it requires the dry film or wet film real thickness (instead of assuming) should be under strict control. In ordinary quality control and research&development test, paint covering power, opacity, scrub resistance ability, sag resistance and other quality tests are required to have good consistency and repeatability of coating. Many ISO, GB, ASTM standards require to preset a same thickness coating. The most commonly use method of sample preparation is a wet film applicator, which can apply needed thickness from 0 to 3600 microns of coating.
