AARON Stainless Steel Drawdown Wire Bar For Ink Coating Thickness
According to GB / T 1727-92 design,use different diameter stainless steel wire wound on certain diameter and length stainless steel rod , using the gap between the wires prepared different thickness of coating.
Advantages:
1.Good repeatability, reappear ink density
2.Accurate imitate various specifications, observe the proofing color.
3.Save more time on testing raw material
4.Coating thickness range: 7~717 μm

The using will be better and convenient !
Purpose:
Coating the stipulated width of the wet film,to test the covering power, colorof the test sample.
Coating Bar Operations:
1. The first step is to prepare substrate of proper size for proofing.
2. Fix proofing substrate.
3. Choose the right type of wire bar coating machine, put in the proofing substrate side edge.
4. The painting or light oil used for proofing are put about 1cm below the wire ba.
( the amount due to you)
5. Use both bands to hold the both sides of the wire bar coating machine,use a constant speed and pressure to pull the wire bar towards the operator's own direction, please note that don't turn the wire bar in the process of operation.
6. After proofing, put the wire bar coating machine in a suitable solvent inside to clean, wipe dry with a cloth. Please note that should make bars often keep in a dry state.

3. Used for soft material, such as paper, paperboard, test card, foil paper, leather, textile, etc.
4. At the end of the bar has the max. coating thickness

6. Lengthening bar length:400mm, effective coating length: 300mm
7. Wire diameter: 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200μm
