| Honeycomb Pallet Mmachine use the powder as raw material to form different shape by mixing and extruding.The machine can change the mold easily.By switching the different shape of the mold to product a great diversity of briquette shape such as square,triangle,cylindrica and so on. Production speed can be arbitrary switching and we also can customize the mold to reach your final product request. |

Honeycomb Pallet Mmachine has simple structure, including body, motor, feeding, punching, and transportation, and other five parts.
Body : Consist of platen, engine base, forming the skeleton entity. Driving parts: Consists of motor, belt pulley, gear, transmission shaft, etc. The motor make the gear Feeding part: Is composed of spindle, hopper, mixer, through the rotation of the spindle, automatic feeding and stir. Punching parts:Intermittent work, feeding, stamping, molding Transmission parts: By the transmission rack, pulley, and other components of the conveyor belt, conveyor frame can be adjusted by the adjusting screw on the elastic. |
