3.Different molds of Bamboo Charcoal Powder Press Machine

(2) Rotating system: It is composed of motor, belt pulley, gear and tranmission shaft.
(3) Feeding system: It is made up of rotating shaft, hopper and stirrer. The axial gear drive the stirrer, mixing the coal evenly and sending the coal into the former.
(4) Pressing system: it consists of 4 pcs slide bar, slide beam, punch, punch holder, punch head, pressrue plate, mould end and spring. When the machine working, the slide bar will drive the slide beam, punch head goes down and pressure plate will go up, then the spring retrench, then press the charcoal powder into briquettes.
(5) Discharging system: it consist of transmission rack, belt pulley, holder and conveyor belt. The conveyor betl driving and bring the shaped briquettes out of the machine. There is some roses on the transmission holder to adjust the tightness of conveyor belt.
