2.Raw Material of Charcoal Beehive Making Machine
To get good quality charcoal Beehive briquetes, the raw material is very important. the best quality raw material for the charcoal beehive making machine is coconut shell charcoal ,the other normal material are as following :coal ,hard wood charcoal,bamboo charcoal,ri shell charcoal.
With the development of the machine, some biomass raw material can also pressed different kinds bricks.such as rice husk powder, sawdust,coconut shell powder,wood chips or branches . but it should add the special raw material(secret),to increase its density and make it easy shaped.

(2) Rotating system: It is composed of motor, belt pulley, gear and tranmission shaft.
(3) Feeding system: It is made up of rotating shaft, hopper and stirrer. The axial gear drive the stirrer, mixing the coal evenly and sending the coal into the former.
(4) Pressing system: it consists of 4 pcs slide bar, slide beam, punch, punch holder, punch head, pressrue plate, mould end and spring. When the machine working, the slide bar will drive the slide beam, punch head goes down and pressure plate will go up, then the spring retrench, then press the coal into briquettes.
(5) Discharging system: it consist of transmission rack, belt pulley, holder and conveyor belt. The conveyor betl driving and bring the shaped briquettes out of the machine. There is some roses on the transmission holder to adjust the tightness of conveyor belt.

Single machine will packed by woodcase, load by LCL, Full product machine wipp packed by plastic or in nude, load by FCL.

if raw material not charcoal, first use carbonized stove make charcoal first ,then use the following line to produce bbq or shisha.
