It is mainly used for sorting out the dust impurities from the grain seed so that make the grain cleaning.The screen mesh can be replaced as per different grain size. It is mainly used for sieving sorting and cleaning for alfalfa, flaxseed, rapeseed, buckwheat corn, wheat, barley, sesame, gingeli, sunflower seeds,etc.The cleaning rate could be 98%. There are three screen layers of corn wheat seeds cleaning processing plant. At first,the front screen will sort out the dust and similar impurities. Then the main air blower will blow it out at last part. First screen layers is for the big impurities, second decks for cleaning grain, third decks is for broken grain and sand etc.As per different selecting needs, there are two types of machine which one is only for cleaning and sieving. It can be discharged from outlet directly after sieving.
And another one is cleaning sifting machine with winnowing device. After the grains finished cleaning, it will be casted out by Grain winnowing device to realise sort out the stone and mildew grains. This machine also solves the question of feeding grains after screened. The grain granule can be thrown straight line shape, throwing distance can reach 6-8 meters, the machine without food conveyor belt can be directly run into the house of the rolls, it is also called "grain winnowing machine"
