FUYI machinery makes an intensive study of coconut manufacturing process and using disc-stack centrifuge instead of traditional filter cloth in order to increase throughput. Two kinds of proportion liquids are separated by centrifugal force as coconut oil and moisture. Through the processing of centrifuges separated, the moisture content of oil dropped to less than 0.03%, and extremely reduce the time of virgin coconut oil extraction process, thus increase coconut oil output.
