Electric (Vacuum) tube High Frequency Equipment
This equipment adopts for uprated self-excited electric (vacuum) tube oscillator. Through it transform the 50Hz power current into different frequency current and produce a powerful magnetic file in the quenching sensors. The metal workpiece will speedy heating when the electromagnetic field produce eddy current and magnetic leaking loss,. It widely use in heating treatment.

- Vacuum tube high frequency of ultrahighfrequency at quenching high precision workpiece can keep the workpiece not out of shape,hardening layer ultra-thin;
- the surface of metal can reach high temperature and heating in a few seconds

Application:
High frequency: 100 to 300 KHz mainly use in quenching,annealing and tempering the surface of metal workpiece. Make the hardness of metal workpiece stronger or lower, increase its wear resistance and service life. use for gear, axle, tool, machine tool guide ways, hardware tool and all kinds of machinery partswhole or local or surface quenching, the case depth of quenching below 2.0mm.
