1.Brief introduct 

NBL15 is designed with ANSI C12 series standard, supporting prevailing connection methods, and provided with features of high precision and reliability. The meter is based on modularity and extensible technical platform, provided with communication and in-built relay and other options, so as to fulfill current and future prevailing application demands of household smart energy meter market. 

Basic Functionalities:
Measurement: Bi-directional measuring, forward and reverse precise measuring; Four types of active energy accumulation methods; Two types of reactive energy accumulation methods; Measures instantaneous values including voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factors and frequency.
 
Display:

LCD display; Display parameter may be configurable as 4, 5 or 6 digits and 0, 0.1, 0.01 and 0.001 decimals;
Supporting three display mode: normal, testing and alternative.
 
 Time of Use:

Maximum 4 time-of-use time frames and 4 seasons; Maximum 3 day type time schedules, plus one holiday
time schedule; Maximum 80 time-of-use time schedule setting points; Maximum 150 programmable dates; Holiday and seasons switchable, day lighting saving, billing and timing demand reset; Up to 5 demand register for each TOU; Billing as calendar available, up to 13 billing data; Auto demand reset while clearing.
 
Demand:

Measures maximum demand, accumulative demand and continuous accumulative demand.
 
Event Record:

Up to 300 events record with time stamp; Demand overload, over low power factor, current reversal, clock modification, testing mode start/stop, demand reset, power on and off etc.
Load Profile: Up to 16 channels with 4MB of board flash memory.
Load Control: On and off remotely; Auto logic control; Super power adjustment, emergency tolerance control, etc.

Various communication modular configurable: RS485/RS232,GPRS, PLC, Ethernet(Optional) etc, Optical; Comply with ANSI protocol.
