Product Description

1.Brief introduct

NBL SM15 is a Single-phase residential multi-functional energy meter, which is made of large scale integrated circuits, using digital sampling technology and SMT processing technology. With features of low cost, compacted size and perfect accuracy, the meter built with high quality elements which allows the meter to have an excellent and stable performance. The meter measures active energies in TOU or step tariffs, it is well equipped for the modern utility environment with a number of enhanced features that meet with international standards.

Basic Functionalities:
Measurement: Measures forward and reverse active energy and measures energy in TOU; Measures Four quadrant reactive energy and in TOU(Optional); Measures forward and reverse apparent energy; Measures instantaneous values including voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factors and frequency.

Display:

8 digits of wide temperature type LCD display; Display content are divided into main display data, auxiliary display code and signs; Display mode are auto scrolling display and key press page turning display, auto scrolling display time are 4 seconds; LCD backlight started by key press to increase readability in low light conditions, 3 latest months billing data displayable; Display readable without main power(RWP).

Tariffs:

Up to 4 tariffs; Up to 10 divisions per day, weekend configurable; Up to 12 seasons, working days and weekend tariff scheme configurable per season; Week table configurable; Up to 100 holidays configurable individually per year, holidays applied with sole tariff or with a holiday tariff scheme.

Demand:

Measures forward, reverse active maximum demand and demand in TOU; Reactive maximum demand and demand in TOU; Block or slide mode configurable.
Billing: 12 months billing data.

Anti-tampering and event record:

Detection and record of Cover open, current reversal, current unbalance; Detection and record of terminal cover open; Detection and record of external magnetic.

Load Control(Optional):

Built-in load relay, it controls the load by conditions set with meter or remote on-off controlling.

Load Profile (Optional):

Channel quantity customized before leaving the factory; up to 4 channels; Depth of each channel customized before leaving the factory, 2000K bytes available in total; Flexible record modes.

Pulse Output:

The pulse of the meter is sync outputted by LED and auxiliary terminal(Optional).

Real Time Clock(RTC):

Built-in hardware clock circuit with temperature compensation function is adopted, with functions of calendar and timing.
