200-300KN Multi-function electronic tensile machine
1. Introduction
ZY series multifunction electronic testing machine for stretching a variety of materials, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling and other mechanical properties measured at the end.
This machine is gantry frame, the appearance of new and generous. Computer digital control system, equipped with a force sensor and elongation automatic tracking device, good stability. Electric use PC and interface board for data collection, preservation, processing and printing test results, calculate the most vigorous, yield strength, average peeling force, maximum deformation at the end of some material basic physical performance parameters. During the test, the computer real-time acquisition force value and deformation signal, the software displays "force value - displacement" curve, after the end of the test, calculated automatically, save the parameters, and can print out the report in the form of end user needs.
2, the structural principle
Host by the electronic control system, transmission, measuring system and elongation automatic tracking device component.
Electronic speed control system: This machine adopts AC variable speed, corresponding to a tensile speed of 1-Xmm / min (X for the end user requirements), with the highest return rate.
Transmission mechanism: motor driven screw drive through, two synchronous drive screw move the bar.
Measuring system: installed in the main moving force sensor beam (sensor only by vertical force, without measuring torque and force) to ensure accurate dynamometer during the test, a sample of the forces into electrical signals by the sensor input.
Elongation tracking means: the means for measuring deformation of the sample, by an external tracker, tracker may also be a built-in track. Also available without a tracker, by a motor built deforming device tracking.
