Ozone aging box
I. Overview:
The equipment is mainly applied to test anti-aging properties of ozone polymer materials and products, ozone levels in the atmosphere How much is a major factor polymeric materials and products of aging, ozone aging box can simulate and strengthen atmospheric ozone conditions test results in a short time or to reproduce approximates the actual use of Ozone action rule polymer materials and products (rubber), rapid identification and evaluation of rubber anti-aging properties of ozone and antiozonants protective efficacy of the method , and then take effective anti-aging measures to improve the life of rubber products.
There are two types of ozone aging test methods: one is static strain test method, the other is dynamic strain test method.
Regulation system, ozone generation system, the chamber sample aging and ozone measurement: ozone aging box that is composed of three parts. Ozone generator system: including ozone generator, air purification equipment, heat exchangers and air control systems and other components. Silent discharge ozone generator using high-pressure, high-pressure silent discharge higher concentrations of ozone are obtained, the sample chamber aging chamber is closed, no light (except the intermittent lighting outside). The door opened a window of the sample surface can be observed, the chamber shell is made of cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spray, nice shape; box interior walls, conduits, fixtures and construction material samples such as the use of stainless steel is not easy to break down ozone or corrosion of inert material to produce. In addition the device is also equipped with a timing device, the ozone concentration measurement, regulation and control devices are used in intelligent digital control device, can be directly set the ozone concentration value, the implementation of self-regulating PID control, control of high precision, easy to operate.

2. Temperature uniformity: ± 2 ℃
3. Temperature fluctuation: ± 0.5 ℃
4. Ozone concentration: 10PPHm ~ 500PPHm
5. The ozone concentration deviation: ± 10%
6. Rack rotation speed: 20 ~ 25mm / s
7. Sample stretch frequency: 0.5 ± 0.25Hz (This indicator only applies to dynamic ozone aging chamber)
