1.Introduction of used block machine:
QT8-15 used block machine is a kind of equipment which uses slag, fly ash, stone dust, sand, gravel, cement and others as raw material, through material proportion, stirring and high-pressure moulding to make many kinds of bricks and blocks. It is also called non-burn block machine. That’s to say, the finished block can come into use only through drying by the solar power, no need sintering.
2. Working principle of used block machine:
This line hollow block making machine uses slag, fly ash, sand, gravel, cement and others as raw
material, through the stirring in proportion and the molding under high pressure, to complete the
block making.

Batching Plant:: This is the starting point of the Production process. It consists of three loading bins and one weighing bin. It also contains blet conveyers to convey materials from loading bins to weighing bin. Batching and weighing is done by PLC control. We can load three different types of material into the loading bin.
Stacker:Stacker is used to lay the block automatically,it is high effiicent and labor saving.
Concrete Mixture Machine: All the ingredients are mixed in this mixture machine. The mixing time and speed is controlled by PLC. The inbuilt water pump adds water to the mix automatically, as per requirement.
Used block machine :This is the key of the production line.It can press the mixed material.It can make various hollow block,solid brick,paver brick and kerbston.

Our payment terms,
1. We usually accept T.T, or Cash, or L/C, 30% for down payment, 70% pay as balance before loading.
2. It is about 30days to finish all the machines after receive the down payment.
3. We take pictures and videos of finished products, and test all the machines before delivery.

1.Each small part of machine would be packed well, also we would arrange engineer to check each machine parts before delivery, so we can ensure buyer can get complete clay brick machine parts. .
2. Some parts will be given soft protection before feeding in the container to make sure all the machine will be new when arriving at customer hand.

5. Use heat treatment on moulds and main parts of the machines:
