Application:
It is used to remove the glue remained on the copper coating plate and the PCB. It can ensure the quality of the levelness and cleanness of the steel plate.
Characteristics:
I. Stable conveys and the speed can be adjusted by the frequency coversion.
II. 304 stainless steel (10mm) frame, strong base, which reduce the vibration and increase the service life
III. The grinding is linear swinging, which make the plate bright and smooth.
IV. The motor of the machine is adjustable.
V. The rising distance of the grinding is digital displayed and can be adjusted, which is convenient and accurate.
VI. The imported C250 woven wheel is endurable, it can last for half a year, which reduce downtime and save the cost.VII. The grinding water can be recycle used.
Process Flow:
Put the plate—pressure water washing—8 rolls grinding swing—high pressure washing—urban water washing—absorb—blow—dry—discharge
