3. Brick Sand and Lime Machine Process flow introduction
  (1)batching and mix materials  
Putting the main materials sand or fly ash, aggregate to the electrical scale to scale it. Send it to the double shaft mixer through the bucket elevator. Put water to mix it. The finished mixture is put to the continuous system slaking silo, and then send to the edge runner mill, using the conveyer belt to send to every block machine hopper.
  (2)forming technique
  The bricks forming part is the most important part, it is the basic part to make better products. Using the automatic device to put materials to the hopper, and then pressing and forming bricks. Stack bricks by the stacker
  (3)curing part
  Put the steam trolley into the curing area, put them into the autoclave with the windlass, after curing, and pull it through the autoclave. Transport it to the stacking area, appearance test and stack it by different grade.
