3. Material of insulated winding copper wire
1) Bare aluminium/copper wire or squeeze bare flat wire confirm the National standard, smooth surface, low resistance.
2) Good performance Polyesterimide insulation vanish(class 180)
3) Good performance Insulation vanish, polyester or polyesterimide insulation vanish as undercoat, Polyamide-imide as top finish (class 200)

5. Application of insulated winding copper wire
a) Class 180: Polyesterimide enameled round and flat aluminum/copper wire class180 have good performance of heat shock. Resistant to high cut-through temperature, excellent mechanical strength .With the feature of both solvents resistance and refrigerants resistance. It can be widely used in electrical equipments which require high performance of heat resistance.

Their price is different based on different thermal class, because the varnish is different.
Q2. Why we need our customer tell the insulation thickness?
Our customers can tell us the insulation thickness or the reference standards, such as GB/IEC /NEMA.

If customized order will ship the goods within 5-15days also depend on the quantity.
