1 for control PLC,

1 for putting pallet,

1-2 for transfer block

IV. Material: Crush stone, sand, cement, dust and coal fly ash, slag, gravel, perlite and other industrial wastes. 

V. Curing: Wet block putted under rainshed for 6-8 hours, then take outside for nature curing,3 times watering/day.

VI. Consumption report

Hollow Block: 400x200x200 mm, about 16 kgs       Stress & Strength: 10-15 MPA    Production per Shift (8 working hours):5,000 Blocks

Reference ratio: 10% Cement, 30% Sand, 60% Crushed Stone.Water Consumption: 8% of the total weight of the block.
