ZD series D type hydrapulper machine
Application and feature:
D type hydrapulper machine is designed by foreign advanced technology, and on the basis of the existing traditional pulp machine. Its characteristic is that off-center rotor makes pulp faster in speed and higher frequency with motor.Traditional hydrapulper machine produce a rotary flow unimpeded, which paper material moves to the center of the rotor according to the spiral trajectory, while D type hydrapulper has changed the way of the flow, making the paper material more quickly in contact with the rotor, which can shorten the paper into pulp material pulping time, and increase production capacity without any increase in power and volume.This machine is generally equipped with twisted rope machine and sediment well, to remove elongated coil impurities, such as plastic package,rope,iron wire, etc.
