EMM105 series elastomer casting machine has two to five components, flow rate from 0.2 kg/minutes to 120 kg/minutes. The storage capacity varies from 20 to 1000 L.
EMM105-2 three components elastomer casting machine, using two POLY (A) ,one MOCA/BDO (B.) material cans, Three measurement unit by mechanical control motor control respectively metering pump output flow, thereby change different mixing index. This kind of machine is specially used in the polyurethane elastomer casting products of TDI and MDI and so on.
