Large-capacity Low-cost Icf Machine for Blocks Made of Eps and Cement

Material for icf blocks: recycled eps, cement, additive

Advantage:There is 85% recycled eps and fly ash and 15% cement (by volume). Both recycled eps and fly ash are waste, so it is not only low-cost, but also environment friendly. It is 100% green building product. We use steel and concrete for reinforcement during the construction, so it is earthquakeproof. It can stand Magnitude 9 earthquake.  It can not only be used as load-bearing walls for buildings below 20m, but also can be used as shear walls, filler walls and partitions for buildings over 20m. Besides, it is 100% fire retardant, thermal and acoustic insulation and energy-saving. Most importantly, this system doesn't need external wall insulation and its overall cost is lower than traditional ways. It's the best way for construction.

 We assign technicians for the installation of the icf machine. We prepare enough quick-wear spare parts for the customer. We will help train technicians until the buyer can run the line by themselves. We will also give our customers the best formulation to ensure make the best-quality panels at the lowest cost. If there is anything wrong with the machine because of the machine quality, our technician will go to repair it without any charge.

Q2: Why the capcity differs too much? From 4 to 16 blocks per minute?

A2: We have two different kinds of machines to meet the requirement of customers. One kind can make 4 blocks per minute, the price is 250000 USD. The other kind can make 16 blocks per minute, the price is 500000 USD. The customers can choose the kind that suits them.
