The EMM105-3 three components polyurethane casting machine has 2 components to 5 components, and the output can be 0.2kg/min to 120 kg/min, the tank capacity can be 20L to 1000L.
The EMM105-3 three components polyurethane casting machine has two prepolymer barrel and one MOCA/BDO barrel, and three metering units using frequency governors to control the metering pump’s output, thus change the difference mixing index. This kind of machine is specially used in the polyurethane elastomer casting products of TDI and MDI and so on.

2.7 Metering unit
measurement accuracy of ≤ 0.5%,Used to component measurement, include bracket, frequency conversion speed reduction gear motor, couplings, metering pump, speed sensor, electronic pressure transmitter.
2.8 Working pressure limit and control system
Both Prepolymer and MOCA side working pressure are allowed in a range of 0~4Mpa. Whenever the working pressure exceed the range, the machine will be stopped automatically and give an alarm at the same time.
The lowest pressure for Prepolymer is 0.25Mpa, and the MOCA is 0.15Mpa.
2.9 Flow controls and filling unit
Bases on the pump’s flowout and the components’ mixing inquery, set three parameters in the casting course; component flow through the variable frequence governor adjusts the speed of motor to change the pump output flow, cooperated with their respective note the material valve to detect and correct the three component flow parameters and mixing ratio parameter to realize component flow’s regulation and control.
2.10 Component filter:
Equiped with 3 net like filter, and the precision for prepolymer is 300μm, for the MOCA is 200μm.
