1. Applications:
Rubber tile vulcanizing press is to make rubber granules (from waste tires) into rubber tiles. It can heat the mixed recycled rubber granules, glue and pigment; and make all kinds of rubber tiles as different moulds.
This kind of products are used in stadiums, children yard, sports playground, gym, senior
center, swimming pool beach, kindergartens, nurseries, parks, stations, shopping malls, office,
hotels and so on.
Rubber tiles is with elasticity, high strength, stand wear and tear, anti-slip, shock proof, insulation, anti-static. Ground covered with rubber tiles can protect people from falling down.
2. Production process:
2.1 Raw material: A. rubber granules B.Polyurethane glue C. Color pigment
2.2 Production: Put rubber granules into mixer. Add glue and color pigment. Mixer will mix them completely. Then put granules after mixing into molds and spread out. Push molds into vulcanizing press. After 10-12 minutes, it can be finished and take out the tiles.
2.3 Capacity: Common rubber tile size is 500*500mm. There are also bigger size which is 1000*1000mm.
Thickness of the tiles can be from 15mm to 50mm. Thickness used often is 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and 30mm.
Different thickness, vulcanizing time is a little different.
