Equipment for production of rubber crumb/plant rubber tiles
1. Structural Features:
- The line is consist with two parts, rubber crusher mill and auxuliary devices. This line maily used for recycling waste tyre ( contain steel wire and fiber wire ) into rubber powder and also processing waste rubber products into rubber powder. Main machine is rubber crusher mill, there are three models could meet customers' different requirements.
- The auxilliary devices include loop machine, ring cutter, strip cutter, block cutter, conveyor, vibrating device and megnetic seperator.
- For the request of market, most clients need the poder reach 80-120 meshes. Then the line will attach fiber seperator and refining mill machine.
2. Application: waste tyre recycling machine is used to make old&waste tire into rubber powder and collect steel wire. The powder could produce recalimed rubber.
Waste tire pretreating: Get 30*30mm or 40*40mm blocks. | |||
