Brief introduction:
PG series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is combined with technology such as machinery,hydraulic pressure, electricity,automation,intelligent control, etc. Representing the most advanced crusher technology in the world. Principle of operation:
PG series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of six parts: upper frame body, lower frame body, movable cone,eccentric sleeve, transmission part and hydraulic cylinder. The horizontal shaft driven by the motor makes eccentric sleeve rotating via the gear, then the eccentric sleeve drives the movable cone rotating to realize continuous stone extrusion.

Features of cone crusher
1. American technical standard: the advanced technology was introduced from foreign companies, and the mechanical performance is the same with the American cone crusher.

3. Low energy consumption: unique design for the eccentric bushing, principal axis and cavity type; reasonable engaging angle, strong crushing force, large ratio of reduction and low energy consumption.

5. Fine sealability: the exquisite dustproof seal ring has solved the sealing problem of the previous cone crusher and greatly reduced the wearing of drive parts and consumption of lubricating oil.
6. Flexible adjustment: the hydraulic locking and adjustment make the discharge open easy to adjust and convenient to operate.
7. Quick cleaning of cavity: the hydraulic jack makes cavity cleaning easy and quick while the previous cone crusher often stops running because of excess iron and blocked ore.
8. Full range of models and specifications available for extra-coarse crushing, coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing; suitable for wide range of feeding conditions and different requirements for granularity. The finished products can be ensured below 10mm.
9. Complete protection means: reliable overload protection of motor; alarm and control protection for oil temperature/pressure/volume can avoid the occurrence of serious accidents; the wind cooling/water cooling/air cooling mode is optional for cooling of lubricating oil.
10. Cutting ring design: the cutting ring makes the crushing wall convenient to replace which can effectively extend the safe service circle of the principal axis and nuts.
