Introduction of Heavy Hammer Crusher
Hammer crusher is used for crushing various mid-hard and weak abrasive materials. The compression strength of the materials is no more than 180MPa. It is widely used for crushing coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, brick, limestone and so on. In addition, the hammer crusher can be used not only in stone production line, sand production line, but also in mineral processing line to replace cone crusher. Hammer crusher is widely applied in mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, highway, fuel industries, etc. for the medium hardness and brittle materials.
Principle of operation:
He main parts of efficient compound crusher is rollers with hammer,the rollers consists of main shaft, sphere plate, axis roll and hammer. Motor drives roller in high speed running inner the crushing champ, the materials is send from top into the crusher, by the striking, impacting, shearing and grinding into power. At the roller bottom is a screen plate, it is used to collecting the materials whose size bellow the size of the screen plate, those size is bigger than the screen gap will be regrind by the hammer, finally discharged from the discharging opening.
Working Principle of Heavy Hammer Crusher
The motor drives the rotor rotate the hammer crusher with high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are a series of hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of the hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the hammer crusher for being recrushed until they reached the required size. This machine can be adjusted according to user space grate section, change the particle size, to meet the different needs of different users.
Application of Heavy Hammer Crusher
The Hammer Crusher is widely used in the industry of mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and fodder. It can crush materials with middle or less than middle hardness into secondary of fine granularity. Such as, barite, limestone, terrazzo, silica sandstone, coal, coke, gypsum, aluminum sulfate, slag, etc.
