This sand-making production line can break all kinds of rocks, sand-stone, and river pebbles into building sand of various particle sizes. As the finished sand is uniform in size and with high compression strength, it is more aligned with the construction requirements compared with the natural sand or sand produced by normal hammer sand machine, so it can improve the construction quality. Allocate appropriate models of equipments according to different technological requirements to maximize its performance.
This production line is with high automation degree, low operation costs, easy operation, high crushing efficiency, more than 20% of energy-saving, large output, and little pollution. The machine-made sand is with uniform particle size, good shape, and reasonable gradation, conforming to the national standards of building sand.
Composition of Sand-making Production Line
The equipment of sand-making production line is the combination of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand-making machine (impact crusher), circular vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyor, etc. Combine various models of equipments to meet the different technological requirements of the customers.
Working Process of Sand Making Production Line
First, preliminary crush the stones with coarse crusher (coarse jaw crusher). Second, convey the produced coarse aggregates by tape conveyor to fine crusher (fine jaw crusher) for secondary crushing. Then screen the crushed stones into two kinds: stones which can meet the feeding size required by sand-making machine enter into the machine for sand-making; others come back to the crusher for further crushing. Some of the stones which entered into the sand-making machine will be made into sand and then be produced into finished sand product after cleaned by sand washer (optional); the rest stones will be re-crushed in the sand-making machine and finally get discharged as required sand materials.
