The machine has several uses. It can produce several kind of seeds and nuts such as Yupi Peanuts,Salt boiled peanut,Gingeli,Chestnut,Soybean,Barley and no bulk limit.
The machine uses electric machinery which process sauting with stainless roller via turbine reducer. It can keep constant temperature with energy saving far infrared immersion heater or coal gas&liquid gas. The machine’s crust uses fiberglass to keep heat insulation. It canachieve optimal effect which means the various seeds and nuts tastes fragrant&crispy but unparched. The machine is the perfect advanced device in modern seeds and nuts vocation.
Before use the machine, the user must check if the various bolts are loosened, the turbine trunk and other place needing lubricate must add some oil. The machine must be grounded and then turn on the power supply. When use the machine, first run the electric machinery, then run the electric heater and begin warm-up. Set the temperature and heat up. When the temperature reaches the set value, then put materiel into roller and begin automatic sauting. When the material is sauted to fragrant and cooked then discharge materials, begin cooling and packing, then turn off the mains.
