this series gable top carton filling machine is a kind of small type equipment, in low automation degree and small amount of output. They are specially designed by Beiya Company based on for market need. The equipment occupies small area, with low power consumption, and is easily operated and maintained. The price is comparatively low, which is ideal equipment for small and medium-size companies and companies who want to produce first class gable top carton products with low output.
BW-1000A-3 type machine is used to fill pure milk, yogurt, cream, dairy drink, juice, beaten egg, water, etc. It normally adopts low temperature filling, and the finished products are usually kept in cold storage which can be highly fresh with short shelf life.
1. Work flow : (This type machine consists of three separate machines: carton forming machine, capping machine, and filling machine.)
1) Carton Forming Machine:Cardboard → Manually put the carton → Bottom preforming (manually) → Bottom heating → Bottom sealing and molding → Top open carton
2) Capping Machine:Manually put the cap → Manually put the carton → Ultrasonic cap welding → Top open carton with cap
3) Filling Machine:Manually put the carton onto conveyor → Top preforming → Filling → Top sealing and molding → Date printing → Finished product
The operation of the filling machine is automatically controlled by computer program, and others are controlled by electric apparatus. The whole operation needs 4 persons.

Packing material: A type carton, bottom size: 95*95mm, 70*70mm, 57*57mm (one size for one machine)
Cap:capping (Optional), can be done in a same machine. Cap sizes: from φ26-φ36 (one size for one machine)
Filling temperature: 2-50°C
Shelf life: 12 months for whipped cream (-18°C cold storage)
7-21 days for yogurt (2-6°C storage)
30-60 days for acid juice (2-6°C storage)
