This type of machine suits to fill liquids like juice, fruit vinegar beverage, yogurt, milk beverage, corn beverage, tea beverage, etc. All of the liquid mentioned above can be filled in hot temperature (85-92°C) and kept in normal temperature with shelf period in 3 months to 12 months according to different products. This machine can be designed differently according to the different requests by different customers.

Purchased Carton→ Bottom Preformed → Bottom Molding→ Filling → Top Preformed → Top Molding→ Seal → Print date → Gable Top Carton Products

There is only one person needed, and the whole process is controlled by PLC.
