This type of machine suits to fill liquids like juice, fruit vinegar beverage, yogurt, milk beverage, corn beverage, tea beverage, etc. All of the liquid mentioned above can be filled in hot temperature (85-92°C) and kept in normal temperature with shelf period in 3 months to 12 months according to different products.

this type is composed by two separate machines: carton formation machine and filling machine.

Carton formation machine: Purchased Carton→ manually Put on the carton→ Bottom Heating→ Pressure Molding and Sealing→ Top Open Carton

Top Open Carton→ manually Put on the carton—Filling→ Top Heating→ Sealing—data printing

The operation of filling machine is automatically controlled by computer program; others are controlled by electric apparatus. The whole progress is controlled by PLC, needs 3 persons to operate.
