gable top carton filling machine is a kind of small type equipment in low automation degree and small amount of output. The equipments are with small footprint, in low power consumption, and easily operated and maintained; the price of them is comparatively low, which is ideal equipment for small and medium-sized company who want to produce high grade gable top carton products.
This type of machine suits to fill liquids like juice, fruit vinegar beverage, yogurt, milk beverage, corn beverage, tea beverage, etc. All of the liquid mentioned above can be filled in hot temperature (85-92°C) and kept in normal temperature with shelf period in 3 months to 12 months according to different products.
this type is composed by three separate machines: carton formation machine capping machine and filling machine.
1. Carton formation machine:Carton formation machine: Purchased Carton→ manually Put on the carton→ Bottom Heating →Pressure Molding and Sealing→ Top Open Carton
2. Capping Machine:Top Open Carton→ manually Put on the carton—Filling—ultrasonic welding→ Top Open Carton with cap
3. Top Open Carton with cap → manually Put on the carton—Filling→ Top Heating→ Sealing→ data printing
The operation of filling machine is automatically controlled by computer program; others are controlled by electric apparatus. The whole progress is controlled by PLC, needs 3 persons to operate.
