2.HT-QT SERIESAUTOMATIC BLOCK MAKING MACHINE
1.HT_QT Series automatic block making machineelectric control system consists of imported colour touch screen and programmed PLCwith data input and output device, including safety logical control and trouble shooting system.
2. Hydraulic system consists of imported components and seals with high dynamic performance proportional valves. The actions of key cylinders can be operated through the regulator of flow and pressure according to different working conditions.
3. Mainframe is made of high intensity cast and steel with special welding technique andhas good rigidity, wear resistance and long life.
4. Four guiding columns ensure the accurate action of pressing ram and mould.
5. Vibrating table with press makes blocks. To-and-fro guiding feeder feeds the materials.
6. Producing every sort of blocks such as hollow block, curbstone, grass block, slope block, etc.
7. The colour paving blocks made by means of secondly materials system.
