It’s a double-conversion model with spindle and working table. Suitable for honing the outer diameter of piston ring , the contact bright band of taper face ring ,barrel surface ring and the special rings like cylindrical nap , knurled shape.
Technical characters:
1. It adopts high quality castings For the ram, uses the high-strength black ball castings.
2. With the mechanism of crank connecting rod to make reciprocating movement and realize honing.
3. The main motor and rotating motor of honing sleeve use Inverter for stepless speed control , which can make honing axis up and down movement and rotary motion of honing sleeve in the best matching state.
4. Honing liquid adopts the automatic classification variable dosing device . The feed action is automatic controlled by cylinder. And the grinding fluid feed and stop is automatic controled by electrical, which can provide a rough , semi- refined, and buffing grinding. The supply is adjustable.
