Product Description

Machine brief:

The bed is made of high quality cast iron, which has good precision retention and stability.
The guide rail for the workpiece and tool movement is square rolling linear guide, which has good accuracy and rigidity.
The servo spindle motor is driven by the speed reducer to drive the main shaft to rotate, and the spindle can realize stepless speed regulation.
The servo feed motor drives the gear rack structure through the reducer, so that the cutter can advance or retreat according to the set speed.
Servo motor drives mechanical mechanism to control the change of honing head diameter.
The workpiece is fixed on the workpiece bracket by the positioning sleeve, and the axial position of the workpiece bracket can be adjusted manually.
The machine is equipped with simple safety guard.
Cutting oil supply system: It is equipped with magnetic and paper bag filter.
The machine adopts PLC control.
