Technical characters:
Put the workpiece on the fixture driven by servo motor to rotate, the speed is 0-8rpm. The two heads are driven by two exclusive reducer motors to rotate, the speed is 0-590rpm. Additionally, its straight-line vertical movement is driven by the screw lifter, the speed is 0-350 mm/min. The 2 left and right polishing heads are driven by exclusive air cylinder through straight guide. The polishing pressure required is precisely controlled by the precision pressure reducing valves and the electrical proportional valve. This machine is equipped with the spray devices that release the polishing liquid.
