Shenta QTY6-15 Automatic Interlocking Brick Molding Machine

QTY6-15 is the hydraform brick molding machine. It is all hydraulic transmission, fully automatic operations. It has the features of compact structure, easy and humanized operation, little maintenance and low failure rate. It uses the hydraulic pressure and synchronous vibration to form the brick. By adopting high quality frequency converter, distributing the material in low frequency and forming the brick in high frequency, the machine working life has been guaranteed and power consumption greatly reduced.

This brick molding machine can have different moulds placed inside to produce different bricks. We have a list of standard moulds to choose from. We can also manufacture custom block or brick moulds for your needs.
