Characteristic of QTJ5-20 tanzania automatic block making machine
1.Full mechanical transmission with feature of compact structure and reasonable design, stable

2.Adopt Japan Mitsubishi PLC program control, produce the cement brick automatically, Electrical
parts ate provided by the famous brand manufacturer, the operation is more safety and reliable;
3.The main making machine utilize the pressing and high frequency vibration to mold the brick, the
finished product is more dense and solid;
4.The high speed arch breaking device can consumedly shorten the material distributing time;
5.By changing difference mould, the block making machine can produce either load-bearing brick
or non-load-bearing brick, and multitude shape wall brick;
6.Machine frame adopt super strong profile steel to weld to provide the stability and reliability
intervening the long working life.

1.Sand: 30~40%; 2.Fly Ash or Additive: 0 ~10%;
3.Cement: 10~20%; 4.Crushed Stone (<5cm): 30~40%;
5.Construction Refuse or Mineral Slag.
