The BSG 4-Head Double Decks Wide Belt Sanding Machine is an effective and strong-forced wide belt sanding machine, whose design is improved based on the feedback of using suggestion from customers and advanced technology imported from foreign countries. The sander caters to the application of calibrating and finish sanding wood-based panel, such as particle board, middle-density fiber board, gypsum bonded particle board or other wood based and non wood-based panel. Make thickness precision and surface roughness of the abrasive artificial board according to a certain requirement. (Such as: the requirement of second process).

We will provide:
1.Seller will send 1-2 technicians to guide the equipment installation and trial run.
2The installation duration is about 25-30 days.
3.The construction of machine’s foundation support steel blocks. 4. The boiler and pipes & valves connected to the inlets/outlets of machine.
5.Hydraulic oil, thermal oil and fuel for boiler.
6.The necessary device, facilities and skilled worker for the installation and trial run.
7. Electric power, connected to main electric cabinet;
8 The necessary material such as impregnated paper, raw board etc.
9.The other relevant tools for the installation and trial run.
