Brief introduction of Drum Chipper
Drum chipper is a special equipment for wood chip production, it is widely used in the wood particle board, fiberboard, paper& pulp industries and wood chip production bases for stock preparation. Small-scale drum chipper is also ideal for material preparation in laboratory.
With this machine, small diameter tree, log and woodworking residues (slab, lath, wood core and waste veneer), even non-wood fiber stems (jute, reed, bamboo) can be cut into dimensional chips which are dependent material for man-made board production.
The machine features in compact design, ease operation, high working capacity, uniform chip length. The drum chipper is more advance type of chipping machinery which is suitable for various raw materials.
We will provide:
1.Seller will send 1-2 technicians to guide the equipment installation and trial run.
2,The installation duration is about 25-30 days.
3.The construction of machine’s foundation support steel blocks.
4. The boiler and pipes & valves connected to the inlets/outlets of machine.
5.Hydraulic oil, thermal oil and fuel for boiler.
6.The necessary device, facilities and skilled worker for the installation and trial run.
7. Electric power, connected to main electric cabinet;
8 The necessary material such as impregnated paper, raw board etc.
9.The other relevant tools for the installation and trial run.
