The oil water tubular separator not only used in oil and water separation, but also those immiscible material separation.
It removes very fine impurity from oil up to 0.5 micro & below. At the same time, it remove the water(or others insoluble in oil) from the oil. By adopting the latest technology and high grades of raw material, we are able to manufacture a wide range of centrifuge machines that are of unsurpassed quality. These machines are high in terms of performance and consume low power and water.
Inside the centrifugal separator a rotor rotating at speeds up to 16000 RPM, creates huge centrifugal forces greater than gravity. This removes dirt and contaminants out of oil, which is deposited on the inner wall of the rotor as a thick layer. The collected dirt can be easily cleaned.
This kind of can be used in:
1)separation of biodiesel and glycerine(glycerin), separation of biodiesel and water, biodiesel drying and purification
2)separation and clarification of machine oil, lubricant oil, base oil etc
3)vegetable oil degumming, dewaxing etc
4)animal oil polishing
5)essential oil recovery from citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, tangerines and limes
