Main application :
Processors of Potassium Iodide require a sizing process that will allow them to effectively market their product to various industries determined by the particle size of the material. After an extensive Filtering process to get to the pure Aluminium paste , the material is passed through a blender and sent to a Round Separator where three separations occur. The largest of the cuts is marketed to the chemical industry,for example :aluminium paste or other Paint industry the middle cut to the pharmaceutical manufacturers, and, finally, the smallest cut to the cattle feed mineral supplement producers.

(1) Round Separators Introduction
Round Separators is designed for accurate grading or sizing of wet and dry materials up to five fractions in one operation, low noise, high efficiency, need only 3-5 minutes to rapidly replace the screen, all closed structure. Used to sieve guanule, powder and liquid.
(2). Principle of the structure
Round Separators use upright motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor, change circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movement to the surface of the screen. Adjust the phase angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface screen.
(3)Features
a. Any powders and mucilage are suitable for screening;
b. Easily to replace the screen, only 3-5 mins to replace the screen;
c. Never jam the hole meshwork, no powder flying;
d. Discharge the impurity and coarse materials automobile and operates continuously;
e. Unique- designed screen flame type, simple operation and convenience washing, long duration of screen;
