1. CZ5×5-ⅢD Electric rotary and walking type welding manipulator

This manipulator is composed by column (includes the lifting mechanism, a sliding seat parts, weight member and anti falling safety device), a cross boom, an electric rotary device, a manual locking device, an electric walking trolley and other components.

2. LCZ3× (4/2.5)×6 Cantilever lifting platform

    This equipment is to realize work piece automatic welding; it mainly includes column, a walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a lifting platform, control system etc.

This equipment is for welding cylinder external straight and girth seam; it mainly includes column, a walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a lifting platform, control system. It can match with welding rotator, automatic submerged arc welding power, to realize the external girth seam welding. Stable running, small vibration, and welding machine, welding position variable in one. External longitudinal seam welding through welding trolley walking on platform; welding trolley is provided by user

3. KT-10T conventional welding rotator

    KT-10T conventional welding rotator is composed of a driving and an idle roller. The driving roller is equipped with 2 sets AC motors and reducers.

Rotator roller center distance is adjusted by hand screw. The rotator center distance is from the center line of the base to the two sides equally, center height consistent.

4. KTQ-30T Hydraulic tilting welding rotator

This equipment is a special hydraulic tilting rotator, can flip the work piece, and meet the welding requirements of ship shape welding, main components: a set of conventional welding rotator, a set of face gear wheel mechanism, a turnover frame, a hydraulic turnover mechanism and advanced control system.

System and the welding manipulator can be linkage control, also be stand-alone operation, the operation is convenient, safe and reliable, high production efficiency.

5. KTY-30T Hydraulic welding rotator

KTY-30T hydraulic rotator is mainly composed by base, idle roller, hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic control system.

Cylinder group steps

* First, place single section cylinder on the KTX-60T walking rotator, and then lifting section cylinder on KTY-30T hydraulic rotator.

* Through the hydraulic cylinder on KTY-30T rotator to drive roller seat position to regulate cylinder center height, left and right position, so that the two cylinder alignment. After alignment positioning, spot weld two cylinder joints.

* To drive the two cylinders to rotate through the KTX-60T rotator and spot weld, until the whole group is ready.

* Group ready, through the KTX-60T rotator walking, to move the cylinder body, to free up KTY-30T hydraulic roller position, left to the next section cylinder. Repeat the above procedure, such as group and spot welding.

* Work piece length increase after cylinder make group, To shore up the work piece, should increase the KTX - 60 T walking distance between driving roller and driven roller. Jacking work piece end through the function of KTY - 30 t hydraulic rollers, thus can move KTX - 60T walking driving roller, and move it to the right place.

6. Walking electric roller

KTX - 60 T electric walking roller consist of a driving roller and a driven roller, driving roller equipped with AC motor and speed reducer driving mechanism

Roller rotation, manipulator and welding power source can be linkage controlled. 

7. Electric walking sand blast/paint roller KTXF-80T

Walking electric blast/paint roller box structure, overall good, strong ability in torsional rigidity, eliminate welding stress after processing group welding, and then to processing roller sliding surface, can effectively prevent the deformation of the base

Roller is electric walking.

Roller rotation, manipulator and welding power source can be linkage controlled.

Electrical control system

1. Welding center equipment electrical control system

(1). Electric control system are classified into two parts, the manipulator control and roller control, they can control alone, and also can realize the linkage control, and with welding power source combined to automatic welding center. When combined to welding center, simply operated the manipulator by hand control box.

(2). Manipulator control system including control cabinet, hand control box. Key electrical components in the control system adopts famous brand, and has overload protection, short circuit protection, make the performance is stable and reliable

(3). Manipulator and roller adopts high performance inverter stepless speed regulation, linear velocity conform to the requirements of the work piece inside and outside longitudinal seam welding speed. Constant torque speed characteristics, speed smooth, no torque ripple characteristics, the control signals using analog control, the overall high stability, strong anti-jamming capability. With overvoltage multiple protection, over current, overload, overheating

(4). Electric control system is equipped with a hand control box, control cable super soft multi-line cable, ensure reliable. Hand control box of the collision type design, and a suspension device. Each control button (knob) is all in Chinese label.

(5). Through the electric cabinet and hand control box, the various agencies can be debugging and operation. Can close range and can be remotely, the operation is flexible, safe and convenient to use.

2. Sand blasting, spray paint roller electric control system

(1). Electric control system is mainly composed of electric control and wireless remote control hand control box. The wireless remote controls forward, reverse, acceleration, deceleration, forward and backward. Operation is very convenient, suitable for long distance walking and sand blasting, spray painting environment

(2). Electric cabinet is composed of contactor, frequency converter, etc, the main key electrical components adopt famous brand, its reliable performance, easy maintenance. Mainly used to control the motor on and off in order to realize the mechanical action of technical requirement, and the wheel motor control and protection

(3). Speed control system adopt AC frequency conversion of high performance, multi-function inverter, wide range, constant torque speed characteristics, speed smooth, no torque ripple and so on characteristics, the overall high stability, strong anti-jamming capability

(4). Electric control box design for dustproof, explosion-proof electric cabinet, to ensure safety
