The products of aluminum stranded conductor and aluminum-steel conductor are manufactured according to the standard of GB1179-2008, which is consistent with the standard of IEC207-1966 and IEC61089-1991 of the International Electrotechnical Commission.

This product is suitable for overhead power lines.

Structure of Aluminum-steel Conductor

ACSR in the number and nominal diameter shall comply with the following table (specification) of the provisions of aluminum and steel wire.

Either a layer of aluminum or steel wire twist pitch diameter ratio should not be higher than its neighboring inner section diameter ratio.

Twist to the adjacent layers should be inberse, the outermost layer of aluminum twisted in right direction.
