Summarize
Quad roller three-times crusher is suitable for the solid material(compression strength is less than 240Mpa,water content is less than30%) to proceed superfine crushing.such as coke,coal,ceramics raw materials,mine,water slag,Gypsum,clay,slat,chemical raw material and so on.
Features: low use maintenance costs,high crushing ratio,high reliable,low dust,low noise and so on.
Quad roller three-times is the patented product of our company's own research(Patent No.:ZL 2010 2 0529725.7),The four rollers is divided into overlay welding roller or flat roller,according to the discharge size requirement to proceed combination.It's suitable for the superfine crushing(feed size is less than 60mm,discharge size is between 0.1mm-5mm).Such as mine industry crushing quartz stone,iron ore;ceramics industry crushing feldspar;thermo electricity plant crushing lime stone;cement industry crushing grain slag;building material plant crushing Gypsum;chemical industry crushing all kinds of chemical raw materials;or in the same occasion as above.
Principle of work
Quad roller three-times crusher has four high-strength wear-resistant grinding rollers,the materials was crushed by the high extrusion and cutting from the four rollers' counter rotating.The materials enter into the space(V -crushing cavity) between the top of rollers, be extruding and cut(rough crushing) by the two rollers' counter rotating, then the materials enter into space(V-crushing cavity)between tje middle of rollers to proceed secondary extruding,cut and grinded(fine crushing) ,at last the materials enter into the space(V-crushing cavity) between the bottom of rollers to proceed superfine crushing to the required discharge size and transported by the conveyer.
