Quad roller crusher
Summarize
Quad toothed roller crusher suitable for the solid material(compression strength less than 300Mpa,
humidity less than 30%) to proceed fine crushing. Such as coal, coke, ceramics raw materials,mine,
grain slag,Gypsum,clay,salt,chemicals and other solid materials.
Features: low use and maintenance costs,high ratio of reduction, high reliability, low dust , low noise.
The four rollers of quad toothed roller crusher are divided into overlay welding rollers or flat rollers,
according to the discharge size requirement to combination, It is suitable for the materials(feed size
is less than 90mm,discharge size required 0.2mm-10mm) to proceed fine crushing.Such as steel
industry crushing coke;Quartz industry crushing quartz stone;Iron industry crushing iron ore;or in the
similar occasion as above.
Transmission Structure
Principle of work
Four roller crusher is fixed with four high-strength wear-resistant alloy grinding rollers. Their relative rotation makes high extrusion pressure and shear force for crushing the material. Firstly the material is entered into the space between the top two rollers. Here, it is extruded, rolled and sheared (rough broken) because of the rotation of the top two rollers. Then, it is secondly extruded and gnawingly milled (fine crushing) by the middle two rollers which are relatively rotating. Finally, under the extrusion, cut and mill of the next two rollers, the material becomes the required size, sent by the transport equipment.

1.Method of definition(4PG0809PT(Y)): 4 means four roller; P means crusher; G means roller; 08 means roller diameter(800mm); 09 means roller width(900mm); P mean flat roller or (overlay welding roller), T(Y) mean spring(hydraulic) protection.
2.All above discharge size is adjustable.
