Single toothed roll crusher
Summarize
Single toothed roll crusher is suitable for medium hard(compression strength less than 150Mpa) materials to proceed rough crushing, such as agglomerate,slag,kerogen shale,soft mineral.
Features: high crushing ratio,high temperature resistant,simple structure,high reliability, low power consumption.It can be used for metallurgy industry,coal industry,electricity industry,chemical industry,mine industry and so on.
Principle of work
Single toothed roll crusher is combined the feature with roll crusher and jaw crusher,it's designed to a new crusher equipment which according to the features with roll crusher and jaw crusher.
Single toothed roll crusher is combined with one toothed roller and one fixed jaw plate, the toothed roll is driven by electric motor, reduction box and shaft coupling. The big material enters into the gap between teeth roll and jaw plate, it is extruded, rolled and sheared,then the materials was crushed to the required size.
Ensure the relibale of single toothed roller crusher to work under high tempreture,it's used Hollow spindle cooling water circulation to control the temperature for the bearing within a certain range.
