Summarize
Triple roll crusher is suitable for the solid material (compression strength s/b less than 240Mpa,water content s/b less than 15%) to proceed fine crushing,such as fertilizer,coke,coal,cement clinker,ceramics material,lime stone,feldspar,grain slag,quartz stone,Gypsum,clay,salt,chemical material and the similar solid material as above.
Features:low use and maintenance costs,higher crushing ratio,high reliability,less dust,low noise and so on.
Triple roll crusher has three abrasive rollers,According to the discharge requirement from customer,the roller surface can be chosen from the combinations of flat,overlay,or both of them.
Triple roll crusher is the patented product of our company's own research(Patent No.:ZL 2010 2 0529725.7),
It's suitable for the material(feed size less than 90mm,discharge size required 0.2mm-10mm) to proceed fine crushing,such as fertilizer plant crushing fertilizer;ceramics industry crushing feldspar;cement industry crushing cement clinker,grain slag;quartz industry crushing quartz stone;iron industry crushing iron ore;Chemical industry crushing all kinds of chemical raw materials; or in the similar occasions as above.
Principle of work
Triple roll crusher has three high-strength wear-resisting alloy grinding rollers,the materials was crushed by the high pressure which produced by the three rollers' counter rotating.The materials enter into the crushing cavity on the top of two rollers and get the pressure from counter rotating of the two rollers(rough crushing),after the extruded and grinded by the top of two rollers,the materials was proceeded the second extruding and grinding(fine crushing) by the bottom of two rollers(intermediate roll is the shared roll with the top one),then the materials was crushed into the required size and
