Summarize
It is suitable for crushing hard material (compression strength less than 320Mpa). For example: intermediate and fine crushing operation of iron ore, slag, phosphorus ore, copper ore, silicon ore, limestone, quartz stone, ceramic and solid materials with similar hardness products; crushing intermediate materials of concentrator, cement plant.

Principle of work
The motor drives the belt wheel, and makes the move jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets larger, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity. Follow the motor keep working and the movable jaw proceed the cycle move,the materials was crushed to the required size and sent out from the outlet.
