is not only contain the functions of a straight line Contour Foam Cutting Machine , which is to cut large foam block into small pieces, it also can cut curves, round shape or various type ofshapes it is a very powerful and useful machine.
| Normally when cutting other shapes such as a circle other than square, we need to draw the pattern on the foam block before we can cut it manually on a traditional vertical cutting table. The quality of the product and the cutting speed will be reflected by the skills of the operator, it might cause danger to the operator and the surface of the final product will not be smooth. The problems described above can all be solved by this machine, the operator only have to input the cutting pattern into the computer, place the foam block then press the Automatic button and the problems are solved. Because the standard of the operators are different, therefore SA-14AVK is design to have human nature functions, by using CAD or AUTO CAD to input the pattern you want, the computer also accept DXF files.
A large digitizer table is attached on the Contour Foam Cutting Machine for operators who has problems with drawing patterns on the computer, the operator can draw the pattern by hand or cut the pattern using paper with 1:1 ratio then stick it on the digitizer table use cursor to trace the pattern then input the pattern into the computer, use copy, auto set type, label, enlarge, shrink functions etc. it will increase the usage of the material, decrease the cutting waste. And because there is no need for cutting mold, which saves a lot of time and labor for making the mold. The surface of the final product cut by this Contour Foam Cutting Machine will be smooth and it will not be distort by the punching machine, it is suitable for both big scale production with single product or small scale production with various type of products.
